A contrast bias collar and sleeve pieces. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has elastic waist and side pockets.

NOTIONS: Tunic: ½" (1.3cm) Covered Raglan Shoulder Pads or Vogue #8817; 22" (56cm) Zipper,Hooks and Eyes and One ¾" (20mm) Button. Skirt: 1" (2.5cm) Elastic; Optional: Purchased Belt.
FABRICS: Wool Crepe, Double Knit, Challis, Tissue Faille and Crepe de Chine. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts and nap-sized or one-way design fabrics. * with nap. ** without nap.
