Fabrics—Soft fabrics such as: damask, crepe, faille, jacquards. Rayon gabardine. Dress-weight linen. Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics. For pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics, use with nap yardages/layouts.
Notions: Thread, seam binding (opt.), shoulder pads ½" thick or make your own pads; see Simplicity 7021, purchased emblem (opt.). V. 1: Five ⅞" buttons, four ⅝" buttons (opt.). V. 2: Three ⅞" buttons. V. 3: Five ⅞" buttons, two ⅝" buttons. Look for Simplicity notions.
