Dress with full skirt gathered to bodice at shaped waistline seam has back zipper and gathered sleeves with sleeve bands. V. 1 and 2 have short sleeves; V. 3 and 4 are knee length. V. 1 with galloon lace sleeves, overskirt and bodice and sleeve band overlay, has ribbon rose trim. V. 2 and 3 have back tie ends; V. 2 with high low hemline (floor length in back) has lace trim. V. 3 with three-quarter length sleeves, has contrast collar, lace trim and purchased applique trim.
Fabrics and Notions:
Fabrics—Cotton and cotton blends, dotted swiss, broadcloth, chintz, damask, eyelet, handkerchief linen, lightweight taffeta. V. 1 overskirt, overlays and sleeves in galloon edged lace fabric. Not suitable for sleepwear. Not suitable for obvious diagonals. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one way design fabrics. For pile, shaded or one way design fabrics, use with nap yardages/layouts.
